Appreciated the room with a sofa bed, my bed was very clean. There were an electric kettle, climate control, and an iron, which was great. The hotel's location was magnificent, very close to good shops and St Thomas train 

It was a hip new hotel that covered all our needs. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and welcoming too. Besides, the location was magnificent and absolutely perfect for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of a thousand year 

It was in a central setting to the main streets. Moreover, it was at a medium distance from Exeter Corn Exchange Event Venue.

Thank you very much, you are dope! I would say it's cosy base for staying and exploring Exeter. The hotel offers bangers and bacon in the morning. The staff are excellent and lovely friendly, managed the parking 

The location was magnificent right in the centre. The breakfast had a wide array of food, like bangers and bacon.

The location was central, short walk to the centre of the city. Also, the hotel was around 10-15 minutes walk from a hulking red - brick museum. The rooms were lovely modern with a sofa bed, the staff
